This is a general view of the Kline Heights area involved in proposals for a recommended urban renewal scheme. Halifax alderman Don LeBlanc moved last night that a recommendation come forward as quickly as possible for the city to embark on a program to provide sewer and water facilities for Kline Heights residents.
