Frog Pond Winter Walk

December 28, 2024 by Mike Harvey Leave a Comment

Its apparently been 10 years since we had an official White Christmas in Halifax, so with a sunny day and nothing left that needed to be done at home, a walk was in order. Setting out I did not know where to go, I knew I did not want a deep woods adventure today with nearly a foot of snow on the ground, so a local park was in order. so I wondered if there was anything left 2 days after the last snowfall to see at Frog Pond in Halifax, which is part of Flemming Park or as it’s known locally, The Dingle.

The paths were well travelled and tramped down which was nice, with a little intrepid steps, dog poo was avoided, and it turned out to be a really pleasant walk and a chance to take a few photos.
